Current events and coming soon
The new year has begun with essential maintenance work, and the lunch restaurant is therefore closed in January and February. We look forward to seeing you again in March!
Restaurant
Our food philosophy? Quite basic, really: the meal should be simple and tasty. We make the food ourselves from local produce and even grow herbs and vegetables ourselves. Salad, freshly baked bread and a dessert are included in the meal.
We always serve a vegetarian option.
We also offer catering services
for bookings on any of the Rosenlund premises.

Aspegren Gardens
The Aspegren Gardens include
the Main Garden, the Rose Garden,
the Biblical Garden and the Northern Field.
Gabriel Aspegren, the 18th-century vicar of the Pedersöre parish, had two stonewalled gardens constructed at Rosenlund: a small herb garden and a larger kitchen garden. In the 18th century, manors and vicarages often exemplified horticultural practice and distributed information and enlightenment on the cultivation of land.
The Aspegren gardens have been reconstructed according to old designs. The land is cultivated to add to biodiversity and encourage the use of old cultural plants. Are you interested in renting one of our 24 allotments? Get in touch with us by filling in
